It's been a long time....
Yes, it's been a while since I've updated my blog. And I apologize to my fans and public. I know it must have been ruff to go so long without the Logan dog. But I am happy to say that I am back on a regular basis. So you have probably wondered what could keep me from my adoring fans so long? Well, here's a recap....
1. I've been walking.
Yes I know it's amazing to hear but I actually love going for walks now. I even prance when I walk now. Who knew that when you went for a walk that you actually get to see other people and dogs. If I had known this earlier, I might have started walking earlier.
2. I lost my baby teeth.
Yep, I'm no longer a puppy because I no longer have baby teeth. They fell right out. Kind of freaked the parents out but when my new teeth came in the parents were very excited. They are all white, shiny, and new. I'm going to try and keep them that way.
3. Mom and Dad left me.
Ok, so they came back but they left me. With a babysitter no less! But after I got over the babysitter part I realized that it was a good thing. Patti (that's my babysitter) is so good to me. I love her and she's so much fun. I did miss Mom and Dad though, but they came back all relaxed and tan so I think it was a good thing. Plus Dad promised never to leave me again. So I am soooooo going to milk this for all it's worth.
4. I'm no longer technically a boy.
I got (as Mom puts it) fixed. It wasn't fun. I was on drugs for a while and all loopy. I couldn't walk straight and kept running into things. But Mom stayed with me the whole time and that made it all better. I also had this dumb cone thing on my head. (Look for upcoming pictures.) I didn't like it one bit. But I found it was really fun to run full force into Mom and Dad and make them pay for the snip snip.
5. I have a girlfriend.
Yes, my first love. Her name is Abbey and I met her at the dog park. Right now we are about the same size. There were 15 dogs at the dog park that day....and it was like we were all alone. Just the two of us. Lost in dog park heaven. The sand sparkled like it never had before. The sky was a deep blue with big puffy clouds bouncing along. I heard a song in the wind through the trees. She's so beautiful. Light brown with a long nose. Long cute ears to nibble on. And class like you would not believe. I even had to run off the other boys at the park when they tried to hit on her. Hopefully I will see her again next weekend when I go to the park. She said that she usually comes after 4pm, so I think we have a date for next weekend. Until then....sigh.
