I feel that my good looks are currently being taken advantage of.....Mom keeps taking pictures of me! I think she may need help for her addiction of cute puppies. And frankly, I'm getting a little tired of being her main photography subject. She even took a photo of Emily and I sitting next to each other on the couch! How am I going to face the other dogs in the neighborhood when they see that?

Life has been very, very good with Mom home. I get to go on errands with her, be in the house when it's raining out side, and train. Yes, Mom is still making me train. Right now we are working on me not smooshing the cats. Or eating them...same thing. For example, last night I was very good while Emily was sitting on Mom's lap. I was sitting on my pad on the floor and behaving very well I might add. And then Emily smacked me, several times. Mom says that it was because she was not happy with me licking and sniffing her, but I think she wanted to play! I got so excited and started running around like a mad dog! And every time I came close to her, she smacked me. Now tell me that isn't an invitation to play!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Since today is about love and I am trying to show my love for the cats today. Except they don't seem to be returning the love. I have tried everything...kisses, little nibbles, nose kisses and nothing seems to be working. Emily actually squeaked at me to stop! And Mele won't even come close enough to get the kisses...how is she even going to know the love I have in my heart if she won't come close enough to be drooled on?

For now, I'm laying here on my pad hoping that the tides of love will change. I hope you have better luck with cupid today!

I am great at doing downward dog in yoga. Mom was doing yoga today and I helped! I mean who better to show her how to get the move correct than me. She didn't seem so thrilled that I offered my assistance. And I have to say, she needs to really work on her balance....if she had really achieved inner peace then she should be able to keep her balance when I ran into her.

First of all, I want to give a big birthday woof to Sophia! Today is her birthday and everyone wants to wish her a great big Happy Birthday!

Second of all, thank you to everyone who came over yesterday to see me and say hi! It was so great to have so many people just "pop by" for a visit. Good thing Mom cooked all of that food. And the smells coming from the kitchen were driving me crazy! Turducken, Bagel Bites, Meatballs, oh my it smelt so good and yet no one cared to share with me. Guess with all that yelling at the TV worked up an appetite.

Also Auntie Gayle, thank you for making Mom tipsy. Who knew that Cosmos required cranberry juice too! But it was great because she was so tired after the party that I got to use her for a pillow while we watched a movie. It was perfect! Please come back soon.

Lastly, we have these funny smelling yellow things in the kitchen now. Mom says that they are lemons and you eat them, but I don't know how. They do not taste that good to me. Thanks again for everyone coming over and please stop over anytime!

Today was a great day. It was a brisk day but still warm enough to enjoy the sun. Now for all of my friends and relatives in the snow belt....well you should live here.....it's much warmer!

To show just how great of a day it was, I posed for a picture for Mom. I'm so happy (and a little tired) in this picture. We walked a lot and I got to see lots of stray cats...which I didn't eat thank you very much!

After getting home I took a long nap. It was a long walk and there was just so much to see and sniff that it wore me out. Well now off to watch my favorite movie again...Must Love Dogs.

I have an ear infection and it sucks! I have to have ear drops and ear squishy stuff and I hate it! Plus it makes me smell funny. Just around my ears...but still...how am I suppose to be a love bug when I have smelly ears?!?!
